To enrol in instrumental lessons for your child please complete the online Lesson Registration/Renewal and Ensemble Agreement Form. The Music Tutor assigned to your child will be in touch with you to discuss the arrangement of instrumental lesson times, contact details and other relevant information. All lesson allocations are subject to availability of rooms and teacher timetables.
Senior students are given first preference for lesson times that fall outside of school academic teaching hours (for example, 7:30am to 8:30am and 3:15pm to 5:00pm). Please be aware that the Head of the Junior School, Mrs Marianne Connolly, will need to give approval for any Junior School students wishing to learn instruments to ensure that students can keep their academic commitments.
Music Tutors email the term timetable to parents and students at the beginning of each term. If there are any changes, Tutors will notify parents and students by email. Tutors also upload weekly lesson times to Student Café/Parent Lounge each Sunday afternoon. Please see these How-To guides for steps to check these on Student Café and Parent Lounge.
Waiting lists are maintained annually when applications exceed placement positions. Renewal of enrolment is required at the beginning of each year as names will not be automatically carried over.
